Texting Service Texting Gateway Service - API Connectivity Issues

3rd Party SMS Gateway Service has just reported connectivity issues with its API that may prevent SMS messages from being sent. Our backend service will queue up any SMS messages that can't be sent during this connectivity outage and will continually re-try sending them. SMS messages maybe delayed during this time.
