Some testing this morning has indicated that SMS messages are now being received within the expected timeframe. With regards to inbound messages that were sent during the blackout period, we have not seen these this morning and therefore don't expect to receive them as they are likely have been dropped as undeliverable by the mobile phone networks. All new messages going forward from now should work as expected.

We are starting to see encouraging signs of some SMS messages being received by the upstream provider, which in turn are making there way down to our servers. We will continue to monitor this progress and will report back if any further updates are needed.
