Texting Service Inbound Text Messages Delays

We are aware that some of our team's inbound text message replies are not being received within SarSYS/SarSYS [CAD] etc, this is due to an issue within our SMS provider network that is out of our control. We are working with them to resolve this as soon as possible. Outbound messages and responses via the SarSYS mobile app(s) are currently unaffected by this.

The supplier has confirmed that the issue upstream has been resolved.

We have just received the following from our text message provider

A change has been implemented by our provider and messages sent during the downtime which were queued are currently being delivered to your inbox. We will keep monitoring the situation and provide a further update as soon as more information is available.
