Our texting provider has reported that the mobile network partners have advised that they are experiencing a performance issue for both inbound and outbound SMS services. Note that SMS delivery to and from the recipients handsets may be impacted/delayed, this includes delivery reports also.

We will monitor this issue as it develops and post updates as needed.
